Decorating for Christmas-Preview

I do a theme each year for Christmas decor. This year I'm doing browns and neutrals, but fear not, there will be plenty of white fur pillows, throws, and possibly a white owl here or there. The picture to the right (or above) shows the new items I've bought in preparation, and honestly, they will be ninety percent of all the decor I use. In keeping with my new seasonal decor trend, less is going to be more this year, and I'm simply going to replace items in my existing decor (which is now fall). This is my plan...let's see if it works out. My sincere hope is that we can all add Christmas cheer to our homes while learning to keep it simple. I'm no longer willing to spend a whole day redecorating for one season.
